Cat exercise made easy!!

If your cats are anything like ours then we will find them laying around on couches, beds and furntiture most of the time.   You may notice that our kitty friends are also getting a bit “round”.  Are you a cat owner who struggles to find ideas to excise your cat?

Keeping your cat active is easier than you might think, and makes a big difference to their quality of life.

Great ideas for increasing exercise and time with your cat:

cat

Cats love playing with balls.

Toys

Homemade or pet shop toys help to encourage your cat to get moving.

“Catch the Light”

Shine a flashlight on the floor and walls and let your cat play.

Boxing

Let your cat play in a box or paper bag.

“Hunting”

ball

We stock activity balls, which are a great way to provide exercise and enrichment for your pet.

Put your cat’s food in different places each day (including on top of tall furniture, upstairs, around the house).

Healthy cats that spend time outdoors get plenty of exercise by playing and exploring.

Activity balls are a great way to feed your cat and add that extra enrichement and exercise into their lives.
