Lily Bracken

Lily Bracken is a valued member of the Daisy Hill Vet nursing team. She holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and brings experience working across multiple clinics, where she has developed a strong foundation in both patient care and client support.

Lily works across all areas of the clinic, assisting in surgery, caring for hospital patients and supporting consultations. Her days are varied and fast-paced, and she moves easily between tasks while maintaining a calm, organised approach. You’ll often find Lily admitting patients for procedures, monitoring anaesthesia, assisting our veterinarians and supporting patients and their owners through both admission and discharge. She also enjoys being involved in nurse consultations and contributing wherever needed.

Lily enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. She is committed to continuing to develop her skills and knowledge, always aiming to provide the best possible care for her patients. Her love of animals has been lifelong, supported by hands-on experience with organisations including the RSPCA and Animal Welfare League Queensland, helping shape her practical skills and welfare-focused approach.

Before moving into veterinary nursing, Lily worked in customer service and administrative roles, developing strong communication skills and an ability to connect with people from all walks of life. This carries through into her work in clinic, where she is known for her friendly, genuine nature.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys camping with her partner and spending time with Lilo, her young Staffy.
